Metabolism booster

Not a lot of people know this about me but when I was 5,  I had hip surgery. I never got to participate in any gym classes during my school years. Overall I have been relatively fine and following the rules. I can not run or jump but walking long distances are fine, so that has been one of my workouts.

That was until I went to see a chiropractor who said can help me with my posture, and ended up doing something terribly wrong, and since then I have been in pain on and off for the last 2 years. Anyways, that is not what I wanted to talk about today…..just a little pre-story to understand me better.


My hip pain has been really bad for a couple of days now and I can’t really move that much and I was up all night last night because of the pain. I feel terribly nauseas as well because of it. Since I can’t really do that much physical exercise right this second I decided to help my metabolism with food. If I am not doing anything physical in a couple of days I am starting to gain weight and I see changes in my tummy area! That is all it takes, a couple of days.

Why faster metabolism? The upsides to having fast metabolism is that you’ll never gain weight, eat whatever you want, and be skinny. The downsides are that you’re hungry 24/7. 


Ingredients you´ll need:

300 ml sour cream
1 tablespoons of oat flakes
1,5 teaspoon of grounded flax seeds
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
6 prunes

Pour some boiling water on top of your prunes and let sit for several hours.

When prunes are done soaking, put all the ingredients in a food processor.  Mix  well and enjoy.  Divide the mixture into 3-4 portions and have a small bowlful every morning. You will feel the results the next morning!
