I would like to believe this is the very low calorie banana bread. Since I’m not doing as much exercise as I used to, I’m trying to make it up with low calorie foods, lately it has not been a success 🙂 But I’m trying. Really hard!
I think we have more sweets in the pantry, freezer and fridge that we have had for years. I don’t know how that works 🙂
3/4 white sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 egg whites
1 frozen banana
3/4 shredded apple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×4 inch loaf pan.
Shred the apple or use apple sauce. Mash the frozen banana when it’s melted. I always use a frozen banana but it’s also up to you if you want to use a non frozen one.
